A leading U.S. based software company reached out to us at a pivotal time for the organisation as it met high levels of demand and managed a number of key team changes. It was looking to support its senior counsel and wider legal team and to meet increased business and an expanding client base. The mandate involved the review of customer agreements involving SaaS/software licencing and advising on data privacy and security issues in the cybersecurity industry. The consultants also needed to have experience negotiating with banks and financial institutions.

Previously the organisation had unsuccessfully tried to use an interim resource provider and had been disappointed. Sourcing high quality resource and understanding the key market issues was paramount to the client and ultimately the overall success of the business’s growth. Peerpoint worked closely with the senior counsel to understand its needs and those of the business.
Peerpoint placed two senior U.S. based commercial/data privacy consultants into the organisation’s legal team to support with local market demand. Following the success of these two placements Peerpoint has been able to provide two further commercial/data privacy consultants, from the UK and Australia, to support the organisation with both local and regional business expansion plans.
