The Peerpoint experience.

Everyone has different needs at different stages of their career. Whatever your talents, successes or ambitions, we ensure you have all the support and resources you need to develop your career, and make a positive impact on, and meaningful contribution to our clients.

The support network

As soon as you join the panel you’ll have access to Allen & Overy resources, including know-how, seminars and training, PLC and LexisNexis, and events through the Peerpoint network – whether or not you’re working on a Peerpoint assignment.

The key to your continued progress is matching you to the right opportunities. We work with you to understand your skillset, experience and personality. We think creatively and push boundaries on how to partner you with a variety of clients and assignments to ensure you are successful in reaching your goals. We support your choices and mentor you, to keep you heading in the direction you want with all the backing you need.

Whatever your skills or specialism, we always make sure you are fully equipped to do the work and feel supported at every stage. Before you take on an assignment, you’ll have the chance to discuss it with an A&O partner, who will help you hit the ground running. You’ll be able to contact sponsoring and technical partners at any point during your assignment if you need advice. And we'll check in with you and with the client every so often just to make sure things are going well.

As a Peerpoint consultant you are never on your own – you’re part of the Peerpoint community of like-minded lawyers who have all chosen the self-directed route, and are keen to share their experiences and learn from one another.
